Headway Trader Improves a Local Mosque | Dreamway
All people are connected, and their dreams are often the same. Today, we’ll tell you a story about our Dreamway August winner, Mr Yateno Subandio, who shared his dream and fulfilled the wishes of his entire community.
Yateno’s journey
Mr Yateno is a hard-working man living in Wongsorejo Village. It is a tight-knit community of farmers who always face their joys and sorrows together. They live away from urban areas, which is peaceful but also challenging, especially when it comes to basic needs like clean water.
In 2003, Wongsorejo Village built a small place of worship – the At-Taubah Mosque. It plays a central role in their daily lives. However, due to limited funding, the mosque lacks essential amenities, such as prayer mats.
Mr Yateno always dreamed about making the lives of his fellow villagers better. Thankfully, he found out about Headway.
How Yateno joined Dreamway
Yateno joined Headway three months ago. Although he is new to trading, he sees it as a promising way to earn extra money for his family and community.
He first found out about the Dreamway promo from Headway’s community on Facebook. Yateno instantly recognized this as a good opportunity to improve his community’s daily life and left the following comment:
“In our quiet village on the edge of the forest, with great enthusiasm, we built the At-Taubah Mosque in 2003. Alhamdulillah, through community self-help and an initial fund of 400,000 rupiahs, we were able to start the foundation work, and the mosque has served us ever since. However, we still lack a water tank, a proper area for ablution, and prayer mats. We hope that HEADWAY can assist us with these needs. Thank you.”
Fortunately, Headway heard his wish and decided to help Yateno fulfill his dreams.
